Richard's career trajectory saw him transition from individual sales contributor roles to C-level positions, running sales, marketing, partnerships, alliances, and customer success teams.
These experiences, both good and bad, have equipped Richard with invaluable insights that he now brings to his role at J12 Ventures. As an Operating Partner, he works post-investment with portfolio companies, guiding them through the scaling process.
Richard shares his reasons for transitioning to a portfolio approach to working life. After 20 years of high-pressure roles, he wanted to spend more time with his family.
